As we enter a new landscape with tremendous pushback on years of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies, Business of Light (BoL) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) invite everyone to join in a two-tiered conversation about the business case for DEI programs.
We will look at the research and the evidence that proves that diverse and inclusive teams are more productive, creative, and collaborative. We will also talk to HR and law professionals about how to continue with DEI programs while navigating the current political and regulatory landscape.
