The Virtual Member Meeting for 2024 Q4 will discuss how our industry can come together to tackle fast fashion culture and work to eliminate forced labor in the lighting supply chain for a more humane future.

Edward Bartholomew, IALD is the principal of Bartholomew Lighting, a Black-owned design consultancy based in Cambridge, MA. Edward is a founding member of Black Unity In Lighting & Design (BUILD) and co-founder of Light Justice -- a lighting social justice resource & forum that advocates for lighting equity.
- Rob Handfield is the Bank of America University Distinguished Professor of Supply Chain Management at North Carolina State University, and Executive Director of the Supply Chain Resource Cooperative. Handfield is considered a thought leader in the field of supply chain management, and is an industry expert in the field of strategic sourcing, supply market intelligence, and supplier development.
- Tim Kraft is an Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at NC State University. He is also the Associate Research Director of the Supply Chain Resource Cooperative. Tim’s research examines environmental and social responsibility issues in supply chains.
- Nora Rizzo is Grace Farms Foundation’s first Ethical Materials Director, focusing on the Design for Freedom Movement. Design for Freedom aims to eradicate modern slavery from the built environment by addressing the systemic use of forced labor in the building materials supply chain.
- Gayathri Unnikrishnan is the founder of Liveable, partnering with organizations in the building industry to develop and amplify impactful social sustainability strategies. As one of the key architects of the WELL Building Standard at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), Gayathri helped shape the frameworks that define well-being in the built environment today.
