As we wish everyone a very happy and prosperous New Year, we want to thank those generous and talented individuals who have given of themselves in voluntary service to the IALD and LIRC.
The IALD Board of Directors thanks Brian Stacy, IALD, CLD, for his service as an interim director during a transition year, as Carla Wilkins, IALD, CLD, stepped into the role of President Elect in 2025. His insight and interpersonal communication skills have been of extraordinary value to the year's critical initiatives.
The IALD network of Regions and Chapters recognizes two departing chapter coordinators: Iris Molendijk, Member IALD, of the IALD Nordic Chapter; and Ellen Goulmy, Design IALD, of the IALD Netherlands Chapter. Their contributions over the years have made their local lighting communities more vibrant, engaged, and respected within the industry.
The LIRC Steering Committee thanks two members completing their terms: Chiara Carucci, Design IALD, and Dwayne Waggoner, Member IALD. Both are central to the IALD and LIRC lighting design community in multiple capacities and are inspirational in their hard work and dedication.
The LIRC warmly thanks Andrew Bunker for two years of invaluable service as he steps down as an LIRC Ambassador. Words cannot adequately encompass all he has done for the IALD Middle East Chapter and the collaborative community as a whole.
