Board of Directors

The nine-member Board of Directors is the governing body of the IALD Education Trust. The board meets quarterly to provide strategic and financial oversight and direction to the Executive Director who manages the organization on behalf of the board.

Elections Committee

The Elections Committee exists to conduct the annual elections process to review and select candidates for elected leadership positions within the IALD Eduction Trust. Elected leadership positions include members of the Board of Directors and members of the Membership Committee.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee reviews certain financial documents to assure the financial stability of the IALD Education Trust, reviews and develops financial policies of the Trust, and validates their continued appropriateness.
