The IALD 2024 Compensation and Workforce Study

Industry professionals are invited to participate in the 2024 Compensation and Workforce Study, which aims to profile lighting designers' compensation, workforce, and business organization methods worldwide.

You do not need to be an IALD member to take this survey. Research company PeriscopeIQ will collect your data and responses confidentially, anonymize them, and aggregate them before any results are shared.

Your participation will help the association build an accurate profile of the profession and provide you with the data you need to keep up-to-date on the state of the lighting design profession.

As a token of the IALD's appreciation for completing the survey, you will receive a FREE Executive Summary. In addition, those completing the survey will be entered into a drawing for a complimentary full-conference registration to IALD Enlighten Europe or IALD Enlighten Americas in 2025.

Please complete your survey by 27 September 2024. All questions regarding the study can be directed to the IALD Staff by email.
